These apartment-like suites range from The Copeland residence to the two-bedroom residences known respectively as Bondfield, Horsbrugh, Wintringham, and Summerskill, all the way to the two/three-bedroom penthouse, The Astor, with its two outdoor terraces and room for six. All Residences feature full kitchens, a work area, a spacious open-plan layout, and city views. The Guardsman's aptly named restaurant, The Dining Room, is open exclusively to residents and their guests and has a focus on seasonal, organic ingredients.
